We’ve seen the LC 500 in all its red glory at the Detroit auto show and have since dreamed about its accompanying paint pallet, there’s even a rendering of it in Molten Pearl. Well now it’s been spotted in Spain sporting what seems to be Lexus’ Electric Blue paint and this shade looks perfect. Not too surprising when you think about it considering the fact that Lexus showed us LF-LC concept model in both blue and red in 2012.

Captured by the folks over at motor.es, the grand tourer was dressed in blue and shooting what seems to be a future promotional commercial. The Almeria coast provides Lexus with a breathtaking backdrop even if the weather doesn’t seem to be cooperating that day.

There’s still around one month before the Lexus LC 500 makes its official debut in Europe at the Geneva Motor Show (taking place 3rd-13th of March) and now that the production model has been spotted in the wild, those of you in Europe could very well see both the red and blue models on the convention floor very soon.

Maybe Lexus will even show signs of expanding the LC 500’s engine range to include more than just the naturally-aspirated V8 at Geneva.

Blue is nice but the LC500 still looks better in Molten Pearl. Hope they come out with the blue commercial soon.

The body moulding makes the metal look so fluid. It brings a really cool dimension to any color they put on the LC500. Really shows the depth of complex paint jobs.

This design looks great in white and when that's the case you know a design is good, not sure if i'd go for darker color like this. So far lighter seems to be the way to go.

Haven't seen anything in white but being a 2017 model year vehicle with pre-orders to start likely mid-2016, we should see something in these coming months.
